Meet Todd
Todd is one of those people who feels just as comfortable holding the paddle on his white water raft as a guide as he does holding the attention of 1000 people in a training room. His professional life is built around the production of high-level performance – self, team and business. Over 30 years of facilitation and public speaking, in just the last 2 years he has been in front of over 25,000 people and shared his wisdom with the top brass of an impressive list of clients. Todd brings meeting themes to life in inspiring, engaging, and compelling ways that are simply priceless and long lasting.
Todd has been teaching business leaders through organizations that pioneer experiential team cohesion and communication. He was immersed in peak performance training at his time with The Human Potential Project and associated HP2; and the well-known Pecos River Learning Center – leading extensive org culture, leadership and peak team performance program.

Meet Whitney
Todd and Whitney have worked together in many capacities over the span of the last 30 years. Most favorite for them being their marriage and being parents to 2 young adult daughters. They met working for a Ropes Course company implementing the power of experiential learning into a wide spread roll out for AT&T teaching leadership and communication skills. Whitney went on to gain a Masters in clinical psychology and has immersed herself in the personal growth and transformation field for the last 25 years. She has a private practice working one on one and providing workshops. She and Todd often design content and she is always seeking the latest knowledge and understanding around effective communication skills that leaders need in todays world to thrive.
